Fundamentals Workshop
Led by Cesar Lerner (Buenos Aires) with Alan Bern (Berlin) and Michael Schründer (Berlin)
For beginning through intermediate improvisers, this workshop develops the fundamental relationship between rhythm and improvisation.
Through drum circles, hands-on group classes, Feldenkrais, and more, you will gain rhythmic, melodic and harmonic tools and use them to express your own musical impulses and to communicate musically with others through improvisation.
Every participant in this workshop must bring a percussion instrument of his/her choice to the workshop!
